Today was a good day. I've managed to stay within my WW points today (+ using only 3 of my flex points) and despite my body still aching and screaming at me in pain from Saturday's climb. I actually pushed through the pain and went walking today. And omg did i hurt, but I did it. Only a mile. i know I can do more (I was all last month), but I'll just have to wait for my body to adjust.
I haven't done my exercise bands, but i just can't do it with the pain I'm still feeling in my legs. And although I know, excuses, excuses... I did do my CC 10 min video. So all in all... Today has been a good day. I even took pictures of myself so that I can actually see where I've started and where I end up, and i avoid pics like the plague, so that was a pretty big deal for me :) Til tomorrow.
