Today was a good day in many different ways, but bad day food wise. BUT then again... it was all OK. :) My husband and I don't get to do very much as a family because of our finances and his work schedule. Today he was off :) So, we just went wandering around our little town. Consequently, that means not eating at home. All in all, when the day was over I went 10pts over my WW daily amount. But considering I still had 25pts left of my weekly flex points... Not too shabby. I didn't over do it in any 1 way and I did try to make sure I calculated every piece of food that went past my lips. I don't feel ashamed, I don't feel bad. And even when i started to tell myself I blew it, screw it just eat what i want for dinner. I stopped told myself I didn't blow it and I can't just "screw it" for dinner. And ended up having a very yummy... albeit higher point value dinner than I originally planned... But the trout and fresh green beans were excellent! hhhmmm....
Anyhow, as for my activity levels. I did do my 1mi this evening as soon as my daughter got up from her nap, although it wasn't as intense as it could have been as we stopped to watch the ducks 1/2 way thru. But still, I did walk a mile. I also did get my bands in and my video exercises in. :)
